He is also certified in the use of Botox® in dentistry. Dr. Hohimer has taught other dentists in the field of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and with his certification in using Botox in dentistry, he can apply his finely honed skills to assess the balance and overall esthetics of the face as well as address jaw joint issues such as temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD). Dr. Hohimer is active in state, national, and international organizations including the Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and the Florida Society for Dental Anesthesiology. Dr. Hohimer is passionate about providing the most gentle, comprehensive, and advanced techniques available. He has a special interest in treating patients diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea using custom oral appliances. He also believes that by delivering a broad spectrum of opportunities from Botox and cosmetic dentistry to sedation, he can ensure a smile strategy that can be tailored to meet your unique needs.
